Well I needed to go to Bass Pro Shops to pick up a new rod for my daughter (b-day coming) and well, I was dreading it. It’s not that I don’t like the place, I love it but that darn monkey follows me from the moment I get in the car to head out there (it starts telling me I need hooks, weights, lures, new lures, more lures, etc) to the moment I walk out. I think to myself “I won’t be in there longer than a few minutes” but generally speaking, it always takes me at least an hour and thirty minuted to scour through all the isles, clearance baskets and stopping at there huge fish tank.
Well, this trip was no different from the others. I ended up spending more than I intended too (never fails) and ummm, well, that’s the gist of it. Here’s a list of items I picked up with pictures of some of the new lures which by the way I don’t know how I was able to live life without them…
