Steve from Parasite Weights sent me a few a while back ago to try them out. Needless to say, I didn’t try them soon enough. This weight system is easy to use, protects the line and keeps the sinker on the nose securely.

Keeping worms, tubes and plastic from slipping down hooks it will prevent “balling” on your hook, thus improving hook set to fish catching ratio.
Weights are automatically pegged, so no more toothpicks!!! I pitched a 3/16 Parasite weight with a tiki worm into some heavy vegitation. I ended up getting stuck in that thick cover, yanked on the line a few times and was amazed on how the weight/nose of the plastic were still hitched properly. Using the Florida “screw” weights, the worms would sometimes rip but didn’t have this problem with Parasite’.
They carry them in 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 1oz (special order) in lead; 3/16 and 1/4 in Tungsten. Bass Pro Shops will be carrying all except the 1oz. but you can always order online.
