April 21st, 2008On the move
March 25th, 2008The NEWS
I have been terribly busy the last few months with work and the Family so I have been neglecting the blog, its readers and my passion that is - F I S H I N G… I have been able to sneak away on some quick pond fishing during the course of the last several months but nothing really to write about.
Slowly, I will begin posting consistently including reviews of tackle/equipment but most importantly posting pictures of the Hawgs. Looking forward to Fishin’ in 2008.

November 29th, 2007[Delayed Post - 11/5/07] Well the first or what we Floridians consider cold front flew by this weekend pushing TS Noel away -phew! I was certain that it was going to kill the bite and was pondering the long slowwww presentations needed to trigger a strike. Boy was I wrong. Both Saturday and Sunday were absolute gems and I it’s been the best outing in quite some time.
Unfortunately on Sunday as I lost what could of been my Largemouth PB. It looked at least 7+ but on it’s jump, I lost it. Nevertheless the weekend was HOT!!! Had several caught fish, biggies too. Enjoy the pics!
Filed in Freshwater. 2 Comments2 Weekends of fishing; not bad
October 31st, 2007The last two weekends have been pretty decent for me considering the little time I’ve been out on the water. I’ve caught a few good fish, lost a giant and my son caught one as well.

Filed in Freshwater. 2 CommentsSkunked today but have pics
October 6th, 2007As you can see from my last post, its been a little over a month since my last post. Took a family vacation and am extremely busy putting a few things together. Enough about that!
Went out this morning to the C-100 canal located behind The Falls Shopping Center off of S. Dixie Highway from 6-8:15AM. It was a windy morning and the sun did not come out until 7:30 or so. Started off with a black spinnerbait with a single colorado blade. Ten minutes in, felt a strike but missed the hook-up. Slowed down a bit, but nothing. Continued with the spinnerbait for a while more adjusting speed, depth but stil nothing.
